Our two groups from Kumanovo and Chair had the Training on democracy, participation and civic engagement within the project “(Local) Youth participation matters” in Berovo this September.
The participants were working together and were learning about youth participation, advocacy, civic engagement and were creating the local initiatives that they will implement in their municipalities later on. The learning process was made through the non-formal methods where the participants hade the opportunity to use interactive tools to learn and had the possibility to express their thoughts regarding discussed issues.
Since the background of the participants is being a part of a specific youth party wing or local CSOs, all the initiatives were created by inclusion of different perspectives and practices of youth participation.
