Out of the Box International organized the TAPROOM event on May 30 2022 in Lodzkie House, Square Maire Louise 2, Brussels, and gathered 15 stakeholders from different sectors, from brewery managers to employees as well as all other stakeholders interested in beer production and marketing.
After the introduction to the project, we presented the TAPROOM outputs: TAPROOM Training course, TAPROOM Manual for trainers, TAPROOM Platform with an Interactive repository section, TAPROOM Guidebook on certification of organic & craft beer production & marketing.
During the event, local brewer Nico De La Vega shared his product development process and experience with organic brewing with us, as well as some samples. The participants of the event found it interesting and useful to hear all the important milestones and challenges that can happen along the way, but also to learn about the good practices and tips on how to manage and avoid the factors that make the process harder.
We have learned a lot and are looking forward to the further development of the project.
